This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by MRVARELL.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday).
Products ship directly from our manufacturers to ensure efficient fulfillment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States 🇺🇸 only.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- Standard Shipping ($29.99): 10–12 business days
- Express Shipping ($49.99): 5–7 business days
Estimated total delivery time (Processing + Transit):
- Standard Shipping: 12–16 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–11 business days
Delivery estimates may occasionally vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $29.99
- Express Shipping: $49.99
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
6. Taxes & Duties
No additional taxes or duties are expected for deliveries within the United States.
7. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Verify your shipping address.
- Check around your property and with household members or neighbors.
- Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply.
